Terms of Service

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

​

-I draw in my own style, if you want to request another art style then I am not the artist for you.

-I have the right to cancel or deny any commission without given reason.

-You cannot claim the artwork as your own art, please give credit where credit is due.

-I still own the artwork, which means I can use it however I want. This might mean I may upload your artwork to social media or for use in my portfolio, for example. 

-The commission is only for PERSONAL USE, unless we have discussed a fee for commercial use. 

-You will receive a full refund if cancelled before the work has started. If you cancel after the work has started, you will receive a partial refund depending on the amount of time spent on it. There are NO refunds on completed artworks.

-All artwork will be delivered digitally at 300 dpi via email or unless we discuss a different delivery method.

-Rush commissions are 2x the price.

-Updates on your commission will be provided to you via email as I progress with your artwork.

 

II. PRICING

​

-I reserve the right to adjust individual commission prices according to the complexity of the client’s request.

-Commission prices are subject to change at any time.

-Do not send payments unless I, the artist, agrees to accept your commission and invoice is sent.

-After we have discussed price and the commission, I will tell you that the commission is accepted and an invoice will be sent. If you do not pay within 72 hours of the invoice being sent out, your commission will be cancelled and you will have to submit your request again.

-A 50% deposit is required upfront before I begin any drawing.

-If I feel disrespected in any way, I will blacklist you.

III. GENERAL USAGE + COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

​

-You are not allowed to trace, remove my watermark/signature, or claim my image(s) as your own. Please give credit where credit is due. 

-All commissions are created with the intent for PERSONAL USE ONLY. A commission is considered “Commercial” when the client intends to monetize it – please discuss with me if you plan on monetizing images because I use a different process with these kinds of requests.

-Commissions that will be used for commercial purposes have different copyright fees and also require other legal documents for the client to sign.

-Commercial rights are not guaranteed with every commission and must be disclosed during your initial commission request. If you use an image without paying for commercial rights, I will put you on a permanent blacklist. Please respect my terms and conditions when it comes to this.

-Personal usage of images on streaming sites/wherever else is fine as long as clear credit is given to me, the artist.

 

IV. PROCESS + DELIVERY

PRE-COMMISSION

-Complete and send a form to the email address stated at the top. Please include all the information asked for, otherwise you will get an email back to re-fill it. The Google form can be found at the top of the page as well.

-I do NOT accept commission requests through dms on social media or Discord. You must complete the form found on my website. 

-Once accepted, I will email you with a payment link for the 50% deposit along with an estimated completion date for your commission.

-I go through my waitlist in date order from when receiving payment. If you are paying a rush fee I will make exceptions. Please don’t beg for your work to be rushed or done any faster. You can ask for progress updates, but if I feel disrespected I have the right to cancel your commission. 

 

DURING THE COMMISSION

-I, the artist, will provide you with an initial sketch of your commission before I finalize your artwork, revisions are free in the sketch period until we get your exact vision.

-Once the sketch is finalized I will start the next process of adding colors and cleaning up line work. I will send you another update with this image for your approval. You can also ask for any revisions during this period as well. However, changes made during this time may come with a fee, depending on their complexity.

-I might occasionally send updates via email if needed or I feel like I have done enough work to show you how it’s going. If you want to ask for progress photos, that’s fine but just remember it takes away from the time I use to devote to working on your piece.

-Once a fully rendered piece has been made, a lowres image file will be sent to you again for approval. Any major changes may subject for additional fees. If you are happy with the image, it will then be considered “finalized” and I will send you the highres file later.

-I will not redraw the entire piece unless you commission it as a new artwork, so please check each progress photo and let me know if you would like to see changes upfront and early.

-If there is a mistake made on my part I will not charge any additional fees to change things.

 

POST COMMISSION/DELIVERY

-Once accepted, the “finalized” artwork will be sent via email or preferred delivery method by the client. It will be delivered digitally at 300 dpi via email or unless we discuss a different delivery method.

-Before the final artwork is sent over you must pay the remainder of your 50% commission fee. I can provide you with an invoice link if needed.

-All I ask is that when using my images you provide some form of credit back to me. If I choose to use your images on my social media or in my portfolio I will give credit back to you.
